Chocolate Chai Smoothie

The truth is I bought 1l chai concentrate the other day, and since I don’t like to waste food I had to come up with several chai recipes to use it before it expires. This smoothie became a new favorite, along with dirty chai latte, but I save that for another post. To make this you don’t need to buy chai concentrate, you can make your own by following the recipe here. The only difference is that you should only use 4 cups of water instead of 2l, so it will be a concentrate rather then a tea.

This smoothie will definitely spice up your day, let’s jump straight into it!

Hozzávalók:
1 banán
2-3dl mandula ital
1 evőkanál cukrozatlan jó minőségű kakaó por
1/2 csésze chai koncentrátum
1 evőkanál vaníiliás növényi kollageén (opcionális)
1 kiskanál maca (opcionális)

Elkészítés:
Tedd a hozzávalókat egy blenderbe és addig keverd, amíg krémes nem lesz, kb. 1 perc.

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp good quality, sugar free cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chai concentrate
  • 1 tbsp vegan vanilla collagen optional
  • 1 tsp maca optional

Instructions

  • Add ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smoot. Enjoy!
