Spicy Roasted Cashews

Ingredients

cashew nuts
unsalted, unroasted

olive oil

chilli sauce
I used Mic's Chilli - Inferno Sauce Original

lime juice
or lemon juice

tbsp
date sugar
or maple syrup

tbsp
oat flour
1/2
tbsp
sea salt

tbsp
sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 160C/325F (fan settings).
Place the cashews with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine.
Spread the cashews on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake, turning halfway, for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
Let the nuts cool completely before serving.
Notes
You can keep the nuts in an airtight container for up to one week.
