Vegan Loaded Frozen Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegan yogurt I used Alpro Apple-Raspberry Soygurt with Yoghurt Culture
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped vegan white chocolate
  • 2 tbsp chopped vegan dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine yogurt and maple syrup (if using) until thoroughly combined.
  • Transfer yogurt mixture to previously prepared baking sheet and spread it around to an even thickness. 
  • Top with chocolate, almond and strawberries.
  • Freeze for 2 to 3 hours, or until firm.
  • Cut into pieces and serve.
