Iced Coconut&White Chocolate Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat milk or milk of your choice
  • 80 g vegan coconut white chocolate
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 5 tbsp hot water
  • Pinch of pink himalaya salt

Instructions

  • In a small sauce pan heat the milk over low heat. Add in the coconut white chocolate slowly, whisking constantly until chocolate is completely dissolved into the milk.
  • Add in a pinch of salt and stir well. Take the milk off the heat and set aside.
  • Add matcha powder to a bowl. Pour boiling water over the matcha and mix in a W shape using a bamboo whisk until you have a lovely froth with bubbles.
  • Fill your cups with ice. Pour over your matcha, then add cooled milk and stir to mix.

Notes

If you prefer to make a hot beverage skip the ice, pour hot white chocolate milk into a mug and pour over matcha.
