Watermelon Frozé

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle rozé wine
  • 1 big slice watermelon
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1 handful ice

Instructions

  • The night before pour rosé into ice cube trays and freeze.
  • The next day, place the ice cubes, watermelon juice (see notes how to make watermelon juice), lime juice, ice and your choice of sweetener in the blender. Blend until it’s a slushy-like consistency.
  • Scoop the frosé into your glasses and garnish with a slice of lime&mint leaf.

Notes

To make the watermelon juice, blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until pureed and smooth. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp.
