The night before pour rosé into ice cube trays and freeze.
The next day, place the ice cubes, watermelon juice (see notes how to make watermelon juice), lime juice, ice and your choice of sweetener in the blender. Blend until it’s a slushy-like consistency.
Scoop the frosé into your glasses and garnish with a slice of lime&mint leaf.
Notes
To make the watermelon juice, blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until pureed and smooth. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp.
