Lemon&Garlic Pasta

Ingredients

  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon (juice&zest)
  • 2 tbsp vegan cooking cream
  • Pinch of salt, pepper and chilli flakes

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Fry chopped garlic in a non stick frying pan, with a pinch of chili flakes.
  • Add lemon juice&zest, salt, pepper and cooking cream. Simmer on medium heat.
  • Add cooked spagetti, stir to combine, and serve immediately with freshly grounded black pepper.
