Banana Pancakes
Two people out of ten eat pancakes on Sunday. Here’s a healthy, vegan Banana Pancake recipe for you!

- 1/2 ripe banana + 1-2 sliced banana
- 100 ml almond milk or any nut milk you like
- 700 g oat flour gluten free if possible
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
Mesh 1/2 banana with a fork or blend with milk in a blender.
Mix oat flour with the banana, milk fluid and set aside for a few minutes while slicing up the bananas.
Dip banana slices into the batter (add 1 tbsp coconut oil to grease a nonstick pan) and fry on medium heat until golden.
Serve with maple syrup&fresh fruits.
