Banana Pancakes

Two people out of ten eat pancakes on Sunday. Here’s a healthy, vegan Banana Pancake recipe for you!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe banana + 1-2 sliced banana
  • 100 ml almond milk or any nut milk you like
  • 700 g oat flour gluten free if possible
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  • Mesh 1/2 banana with a fork or blend with milk in a blender.
  • Mix oat flour with the banana, milk fluid and set aside for a few minutes while slicing up the bananas.
  • Dip banana slices into the batter (add 1 tbsp coconut oil to grease a nonstick pan) and fry on medium heat until golden.
  • Serve with maple syrup&fresh fruits.
