Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 red apple chopped
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk or sub other dairy-free milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp date powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • To a blender, add chopped apples, banana, cinnamon, almond milk and date powder and blend until smooth.
  • In a medium size container (with a lid) add oats, pour over spiced almnd milk and stir until well combined.
  • Cover and let it sit overnight in the fridge.
  • Enjoy chilled or at room temperature. Overnight oats will keep in the refrigerator for 2 days, though best within the first 12 hours. Not freezer friendly!
