Slowly pour Prosecco over peach purée and carefully stir to combine.

To make the peach purée add four peaches (peeled and de-stoned) and sweetener (honey, sugar, maple syrup, etc) into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and add more sweetener as needed.Prosecco is a sparkling wine made primarily in Veneto, Italy and made with primarily Prosecco (aka “Glera”) grapes. If you can't find Prosecco use any kind of sparkling wine instead.I used champagne cups instead of flutes, because I really like the way it looks on photos. Professionals recommend to drink your bubbly from a flute or a wineglass to keep all the aromas.
