Vegan Brownie Cookie Dough
Yummy, healthy, protein packed breakfast to satisfy your sweet tooth!

- 1 can chickpeas rinsed 200g
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 heaped tbsp cocoa powder preferably sugar free
- 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chip save 1 tbsp for serving
- 1 tbsp date paste or maple syrup
Rinse chickpeas, and add into your blender with the remaining ingredients - see notes if your blender is not suitable for making dough.
Start blending on low, using a temper to scrape down the sides. If your dough is too thick you need to add a splash of water or nut milk before continuing.
Serve in your favorite bowl. Top with banana, chocolate chip and peanut butter. Enjoy!
You can use a blender or food processor to make the recipe. I used my Vitamix A2500 blender, but keep in mind, that not all blenders are suitable for making dough!
If you don't have either of them, you can use a pestle or a fork to mash chickpeas, then you can mix ingredients in a bowl.
