Blend the ingredients (except pasta) in a high speed blender until smooth.
Mix sauce with pasta and serve immediately.
Notes
To make pumpkin puree slice pumpkin into thick wedges and wrap it in tin foil. Roast at 200 degrees C for 40-50 minutes or until fork tender. Allow to cool for 20-30 minutes. Peel off skin and then add pumpkin flesh to a blender or food processor.
