Lemon&Poppy Seeds Overnigh Oats

old-fashioned rolled oats

almond milk

lemon juice

date powder or maple syrup

poppy seeds

Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a bowl or a jar combine all the ingredients. Stir and chill overnight.
In the morning stir in more almond milk, if desired, for consistency. Top with desired toppings.
Notes
For a grab-and-go breakfast, you can assemble the overnight oats in jars with the toppings the night before.
