To a blender, add chopped apples, banana, cinnamon, almond milk and date powder and blend until smooth.
In a medium size container (with a lid) add oats, pour over spiced almnd milk and stir until well combined.
Cover and let it sit overnight in the fridge.
Enjoy chilled or at room temperature. Overnight oats will keep in the refrigerator for 2 days, though best within the first 12 hours. Not freezer friendly!
