When life gets crazy busy— especially in the morning, make this mood booster, vibrant smoothie of blended banana, spinach and almond butter. The spinach has a mild taste and is packed with over 20 different nutrients, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and high-quality amino acids. This colorful treat has the perfect fruit-to-veggie ratio, which makes it a great beginner-friendly green smoothie.
You can blend your green smoothie the night before and store it in your fridge (up to 2 days). When ready to drink, give it a good shake before you open. Just so you know, this recipe is kid- and dog – friendly 🙂
Hozzávalók (1 adag)
1 érett banán
1 marék bébi spenót
1 bögre növényi tej (én mandula tejet használtam)
2 evőkanál kókusz joghurt
1 evőkanál mandula vaj
Elkészítés:
Tedd az összetevőket egy turmixgépbe és 1-2 perc alatt keverd krémesre!

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup almond milk or your favorite nut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp almond butter
